iContact Integration

Many of our clients maintain a customer mailing list within third party email marketing systems such as iContact, Constant Contact, and Mail Chimp. We have developed an integration layer that allows our websites to work seamlessly with iContact in order to:

  1. allow your website visitors to automatically join your iContact mailing list, and
  2. allow you to automatically prepare news blasts in iContact whenever you create a news or blog item using our integrated news and blog systems.

Our annual fees are $199 to integrate your website with iContact and maintain this service on an on-going basis. If you use another e-mail marketing system we will be happy to provide you with a quotation to integrate your website with that system.

An Important Note About Email Hosting

Although we perform daily backups of our servers, in the event of a catastrophic error there is always a chance that recent email messages could be lost and unrecoverable. Generally, this would occur as a result of a physical hard drive failure on one of our mail servers. While the risk of this is quite low, it is not zero. If your company's email is mission critical to your business and if the loss of several email messages would be very detrimental, we recommend using a cloud-based service such as Google Apps/Gmail or Office 365. These providers offer perpetual backups and have robust redundancy built into their systems. The cost of these third-party email services is approximately $5.00/month per user.

Note that, regardless of who hosts your mail servers, you will be able to associate your email addresses with your website domain (for example, your.name@yourwebsitedomain.com).

Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)

Did you know that you can pay to be at the top of the Google search results?

Each Google results page consists of two distinct lists of results. The regular (organic) search results appear on the left hand side of the page. These are the results that Google feels are most appropriate for your search (and which are optimized by SEO).

In addition to the organic results, you will also notice “Sponsored Links” on the right side of the page (and sometimes at the top of the page directly above the organic search results).
